Note on Handling of Personal Information by SASIMI 2013

The SASIMI 2013 Workshop regards personal information of participants to be of prime importance.
Our policies for protecting personal information is as follows.

Those who register for SASIMI 2013 are considered to have agreed with those policies.

• Personal information acquired through registration will be used for the management and implementation of SASIMI 2013 and also for future SASIMI events.
• The registrant’s permission will be sought in advance for any uses of the provided personal information other than that stated above.
• Efforts will be made to prevent the disclosure, loss, destruction and/or damages of the personal information.
