Registration Desk:

  • The Registration Desk will be open at 3F foyer during the following hours.
    • March 8 (Thu.): from 8:20 to 18:30
    • March 9 (Fri.): from 8:20 to 15:00

Notice for Participants:

  • Please bring your PC to read papers in the CD-ROM proceedings (no printed Proc. for SASIMI 2012). For PC without CD-ROM dirve, you may borrow a USB memory at the registration desk just for copying Proc. data to your PC. Abstracts of the papers will be available in the printed “Program and Abstracts” as well as in the CD-ROM.
  • Please bring a hardcopy of your registration mail since the registration ID printed on it is very important for prompt processing. You will receive a Registration Kit in return for the hardcopy at the registration desk.
  • Lunch information is available.
