Presentation Instructions

Notice for Presenters of Paper Sessions:

  • 2-minutes oral presentation and 2-pages slides
    • You are requested to make a 2-minutes presentation in the beginning of the session of your paper.
    • Please prepare your presentation slides in PDF up to 2 pages, including the paper title, author list, and affiliations. The silde format is free.
    • For each paper session, we will make one PDF file including all presentation slides, and you will be able to use your slides in the file shown on a screen using our PC and projector.
    • Please send your presentation slide to the presentation chair via e-mail(ylli@cs.nctu.edu.tw) by Oct. 1 (Fri).

    NOTE:

    • Only PDF file is acceptable. Other file formats, such as MS PowerPoint, are NOT acceptable.
    • If you do not send your presentation slides by the deadline, you will have to do your presentation with no slide.
    • Name your presentaion file as your paper number, such as R1-1 and R1-2, shown in Advanced Program

    • Please be sure that your presentation is written in English. If you use multi-byte characters such as Chinese character, it may cause layout disruption. We recommend to embed all fonts in your PDF file.
  • A0 (841 mm x 1200 mm) poster on 900 mm (Width) x 1200 mm (Hight) wall
    • You can pin a sheet of A0 (841 mm x 1200 mm) poster to the area of 900 mm (Width) x 1200 mm (Hight).
    • Paper title, paper number, author names and affiliations should be printed on the poster.
    • Please put your poster on the poster board in the poster room before your paper session. You can put your poster from 8:30 AM.
    • Please stay around your poster after all oral presentations of your paper session end. PCs/printers/projectors will NOT be provided for posters.
    • Please remove your poster by 5:00 PM on Oct. 19 after the session R4.
