Only Japanese Yen cash is accepted for on-site payment.

All participants including invited speakers, panelists, moderators, and session chairs are required to make registration with the payment of appropriate fee as follows:

All advance registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen by bank transfer (only for residents inside Japan),
or credit card (only for residents outside Japan).
Please note that personal checks, bank drafts, or currency other than Japanese Yen will not be accepted.

• Credit Card: Only residents outside Japan can select “Credit Card.”
  Please fill out the advance registration form without card information on the web first, then send your card information with your signature by FAX or Postal Mail to Registration Chair.
  FAX form can be found on the page entitled “Registration Completed,” or can be viewed from here: [FAX form].
  Only VISA or MasterCard will be accepted.

  Please send one form for one person.
  In case your payment covers more than one person, please send a name list of persons covered by the payment along with the forms.
  Advance registration deadline is February 22, 2012.
  Any registration paid after February 22, 2012 will be charged the on-site rate.

Cancellation:
When written notification of cancellation is received by Registration Chair by February 17, 2012, refunds will be made after the workshop.
All refunds are subject to a handling charge of 5,000 Japanese Yen.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after February 17, 2012.
