Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of reservation must be received by Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel by email to reservations.sltn@shangri-la.com . An administrative fee of One Night will be applied for any cancellation received on or after Oct. 16, 2019.

Guaranteed Reservation:

Anyone who has not stayed for no reason on the day of booking will be charged the room rate for the day and the room will be cancelled.
