Presentation Instructions for On-site Presenters
This instruction is for presenters of Group A/B/C. Instruction for Group V is Here
- On-site presenters are requested to present at both "on-site poster session A/B/C" and "online poster session AO/BO/CO." Both types of poster session consist of a short talk session at the beginning of each session and a main poster exhibition session.
- Authors are requested to prepare the following materials:
- Short presentation slides
- Poster files for online session
- A printed poster for on-site session
On-site Short Talk Session
- You are requested to make a 2-minute oral presentation in the main hall at the beginning of the session of your paper. Please prepare your presentation slides up to 3 pages (including a title slide) in a PDF file.
- PDF files of all presenters are assembled into a single PDF file in advance, and stored on the equipped PC in the main hall. You can advance your slides by your operation during the presentation.
- Please note that you are not allowed to use your own PC for presentation.
- No modification of slides after submission is allowed.
- After the short talk, you are supposed to move to the poster room immediately.
- Please submit your presentation slides to web submission system by October 10th.
NOTE:
- We accept ONLY PDF file. Other file formats (e.g. MS PowerPoint) are REJECTED.
- If you do not send presentation slides (PDF file) by the deadline, you have to give your presentation without showing any slides.
- Please make sure that your presentation slides are written in English. If multi-byte characters (e.g. Chinese characters) are used, the layout may collapse. In such case, we recommend you to embed all the fonts you used in your slides into the PDF file.

4:3 aspect ratio is preferred.
On-site Poster Exhibition Session
- You can pin a sheet of A0 size (841 mm x 1200 mm) poster to a poster board. The board size is 900 mm (Width) x 2100 mm (Height).
- Paper title, paper number, author names, and affiliations should be printed on the poster.
- Please stay around your poster during your assigned poster session.
- Unlike the oral presentation, we do not prepare a PC, a printer, or a projector for the poster session. You can use your own laptop PC for your explanation, if needed.
- You can start to put your poster from 8:00 AM on October 24th. It is preferred to put your poster before Opening Ceremony (9:00 AM on October 24th), no later than the beginning of the poster session you assigned.
- Please remove your poster by the end of the conference. Otherwise, it will be discarded.
Online Short Talk Session
- Online short talk session and the succeeding poster exhibition session are held on Gather. During the online poster session, on-site presenters are requested to stay at a presenters' room located at the conference venue, and access Gather from your own PC.
- Please bring your own PC capable for presenting on Gather (with camera and microphone).
- Presenters are requested to make 2-min presentation using the same slides as the on-site short talk session.
- No special preparation is needed for this online short talk session.
Online Poster Exhibition Session
- Please prepare two poster files, and submit them to web submission system by October 10th.
- Title poster (in wide rectangular shape)
- Main poster (no size limitation) You can use same poster as the on-site session.
- Paper title, paper number, author names, and affiliations should be printed on the posters.
- Please stay around your poster during your assigned poster session.
- You can share your PC screen with the audience using Gather.

NOTE:
- We accept ONLY JPEG format. Other file formats are REJECTED.
- If you failed to send JPEG file by the above deadline, your poster will be skipped.
- Please make sure that your poster is written in English.
