This instruction is for presenters of Group A/B/C. Instruction for Group V is Here

  • On-site presenters are requested to present at both "on-site poster session A/B/C" and "online poster session AO/BO/CO." Both types of poster session consist of a short talk session at the beginning of each session and a main poster exhibition session.
  • Authors are requested to prepare the following materials:
    1. Short presentation slides
    2. Poster files for online session
    3. A printed poster for on-site session
    See instructions below for details.

On-site Short Talk Session

  • You are requested to make a 2-minute oral presentation in the main hall at the beginning of the session of your paper. Please prepare your presentation slides up to 3 pages (including a title slide) in a PDF file.
  • PDF files of all presenters are assembled into a single PDF file in advance, and stored on the equipped PC in the main hall. You can advance your slides by your operation during the presentation.
  • Please note that you are not allowed to use your own PC for presentation.
  • No modification of slides after submission is allowed.
  • After the short talk, you are supposed to move to the poster room immediately.
  • Please submit your presentation slides to the online storage system by October 10th.

NOTE:

  • We accept ONLY PDF file. Other file formats (e.g. MS PowerPoint) are REJECTED.
  • If you do not send presentation slides (PDF file) by the deadline, you have to give your presentation without showing any slides.
  • A name of your PDF file has to be same as your paper number (e.g. A-1.pdf, A-2.pdf).
The paper number will be informed later.
  • Please make sure that your presentation slides are written in English. If multi-byte characters (e.g. Chinese characters) are used, the layout may collapse. In such case, we recommend you to embed all the fonts you used in your slides into the PDF file.
  • Example of short talk slides.
    4:3 aspect ratio is preferred.

On-site Poster Exhibition Session

  • You can pin a sheet of A0 size (841 mm x 1200 mm) poster to a poster board. The board size is 900 mm (Width) x 2100 mm (Height).
  • Paper title, paper number, author names, and affiliations should be printed on the poster.
  • Please stay around your poster during your assigned poster session.
  • Unlike the oral presentation, we do not prepare a PC, a printer, or a projector for the poster session. You can use your own laptop PC for your explanation, if needed.
  • You can start to put your poster from 8:00 AM on October 24th. It is preferred to put your poster before Opening Ceremony (9:00 AM on October 24th), no later than the beginning of the poster session you assigned.
  • Please remove your poster by the end of the conference. Otherwise, it will be discarded.

Online Short Talk Session

  • Online short talk session and the succeeding poster exhibition session are held on Gather. During the online poster session, on-site presenters are requested to stay at a presenters' room located at the conference venue, and access Gather from your own PC.
