Any registered co-author can present the work at the workshop.

Instruction on Formatting Paper:

  • Submissions for review (as well as final camera-ready paper) should be written in English.
  • The length of a short paper is 2 pages, and that of a full paper is 3 to 6 pages, including title, abstract, figures, tables, and references.
  • Submissions should be in PDF format, and should be formatted as close as possible to the camera-ready format as described in the template files below. All fonts must be embedded.
  • Author’s Guide ( auth_guide.pdf )
  • Template, Style File for LateX(2e)
  • Template, Style File for Microsoft Word
  • How to create the camera-ready PDF files
    • In the case of LaTeX, the most straightforward way to render your LaTeX code to PDF is by using pdfLaTeX. The authors cannot use UTF-8 characters in this case, but this might not be a critical issue since the paper language is English. Note that pdfLaTeX can convert your LaTeX code directly to a PDF file.
    • Modern LaTeX variants LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX can be used to generate PDF files. They may support UTF-8 characters with CID-keyed fonts. In this case, please do not convert your PDF to another PDF file. Such conversion may fail to have the original text information.
    • In the case of MS Word, please save your Word file as a PDF file with the PDF/A option.

      • All fonts should be embedded in your PDF file.
      • Your PDF file should be searchable by such as Control-f
  • Official archive
  • All accepted papers will be included in electronic proceedings. In addition, SASIMI 2022 is going to introduce an “official archive” on the web site (https://sasimi.jp) where only the papers chosen by the authors are uploaded for open access.

No show and non-author presentation will NOT be published in Official Archive.
