Please read the following first, and proceed to SASIMI2016 Registration Page.
All participants including invited speakers, panelists, moderators, and session chairs are required to make registration with the payment of appropriate fee as follows:

| Student, after Sep. 23 Oct 3, 2016/on-site | 30,000 JPYen | (including Banquet Ticket) |
| Extra Banquet Ticket | 3,000 JPYen/person | (for accompanying person) |

All advance registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen by bank transfer (only for residents inside Japan),
or credit card (only for residents outside Japan).
Please note that personal checks, bank drafts, or currency other than Japanese Yen will not be accepted.
- Bank Transfer: Only residents inside Japan can select ”Bank Transfer.”

Within 1 week after the registration.
Cancellation policy:
When written notification of cancellation is received by Registration Chair by September 23 October 3, 2016, refunds will be made after the workshop.
All refunds are subject to a handling charge of 5,000 Japanese Yen.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after September 23 October 3, 2016.
